When you request a session we collect your name, email, state or country, learning goals, required acknowledgements, and the date and time you agreed. Please do not enter sensitive medical information in the goals field. Our hosting provider may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, arrange a session, prepare educational materials, document your agreements, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your information.
Storage and sharing
Requests are stored in our private service database and are not publicly readable. Service providers may process information on our behalf to host and operate the site. We retain records as reasonably necessary for service and legal purposes.
