This 24-hour policy is provisional and should be confirmed before bookings and payments open.
Reschedule or cancel
Under the proposed policy, requests made at least 24 hours before a confirmed session may be rescheduled or canceled for a refund of any session payment. Requests made later would be reviewed case by case. No payment is collected through the current request form.
